Okay so that may sound like I am being derogatory, but I come from Massachusetts and when I moved up here I was concerned about the shopping in this area. There definitely is a more relaxed dress code in New Hampshire compared to Massachusetts. And to be honest, without the tax, it's now a pleasure to shop up here!!! Less traffic, easier parking (leaving out the mall at Christmas time), but I have found that I can find great bargains here and really cute outfits, shoes and purses.
One of my favorite places to shop is the Coach Store at the Tanger Outlets in Tilton, New Hampshire. There are purses and accessories by Coach up there at a MAJOR discount. Most everything is marked from 30% to 50% off and you also get 20% off by walking in the door (or you can download a 20% off coupon on-line, just Google Coach 20% off coupon). Some of the styles are pretty basic and there are not many of the new "C logo" items, but you can buy a $300 purse for $140!!! If you are a Coach fan, this is one place you want to visit.
If you are a sterling silver fan, then you have to check out the jewelry counter at TJ Maxx (any one of them but I go to Nashua and Tyngsboro). I am a big silver hoop fan and they have all shapes and sizes and some beautiful rings and necklaces to go with them in all of the latest fashions. I was looking for a leather and sterling bracelet and of course, I found one at TJ Maxx.
I will try and update evey day with all the local deals and also deals on-line. If it wasn't for all of this, I don't know what I would do!
